Au creat o adevarata febra legata de aceste sisteme, iar acum suntem pusi in imposibilitatea de a mai putea face ceva.&lt;br /&gt;Suntem tratati exact ca niste alienati mintal.&lt;br /&gt;Suntem prea toleranti cu scursurile astea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ministrul Mediului, Nicolae NEMIRSCHI, a anuntat astazi, in cadrul Briefingului de presa sustinut la sediul Ministerului, ca Administratia Fondului pentru Mediu nu a putut publica lista instalatorilor validati in programul de înlocuire sau completare a sistemelor clasice de încalzire cu sisteme care utilizeaza energiile regenerabile din cauza neaprobarii bugetului pentru anul 2009. Conform Ghidului de Finantare al programului mai sus mentionat, publicarea listei instalatorilor trebuie sa contina si cotele financiare alocate de catre AFM fiecarui instalator in parte, lipsa acestor informatii facand imposibila publicarea listei instalatorilor validati la data de 15 ianuarie 2009. &lt;br /&gt;De asemenea, Ministrul Mediului, Nicolae NEMIRSCHI, a mentionat ca Ghidul de Finantare al programului necesita o analiza in amanunt, la nivel de Guvern, intrucat in forma actuala sufera grave carente atat din punct de vedere al stimularii eficientei energetice in România cat si din punct de vedere a modalitatii de accesare a acestui program de catre persoanele fizice interesate. Altfel spus, noua conducere a Ministerului Mediului considera ca regula stabilita prin Ghidul de Finantare care prevede ca "primul venit" sa fie si "primul servit" de catre instalatorul validat poate conduce spre o lipsa de transparenta in ceea ce priveste intocmirea listei cu persoanele fizice care solicita nota de acceptare de la instalatori. Totodata, o alta neregula identificata este aceea ca ghidul de finantare nu face referiri la montarea de echipamente de incalzire care utilizeaza energii regenerabile pe locuinte de vacanta, folosite de proprietarii lor doar in mica masura, banii publici neavand astfel o utilizare adecvata. &lt;br /&gt;Un alt aspect subliniat de Ministrul Mediului se refera la faptul ca, in Romania, producatorii de astfel de echipamente sunt, practic, inexistenti, agentii economici fiind astfel pusi in situatia de a importa aceste sisteme, nu neaparat din Uniunea Europeana, iar acest proces poate fi considerat a fi nepotrivit, tinand cont ca ne aflam in situatie de criza economica.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/8518527709857665644-1511805130815533280?l=eqilibrum.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description><link>http://eqilibrum.blogspot.com/2009/01/teapa-de-la-guvern.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Nicu)</author><thr:total xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0'>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink='false'>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8518527709857665644.post-2293434316292715553</guid><pubDate>Mon, 03 Nov 2008 07:31:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2008-11-03T09:32:08.779+02:00</atom:updated><title>Proiect finantare pentru energie solara</title><description>Attila KORODI, Ministrul Mediului si Dezvoltarii Durabile, a sustinut in aceasta dimineata o Conferinta de Presa ce a avut ca subiect programul de finantare a persoanelor fizice pentru proiecte de înlocuire sau completare a sistemelor clasice de încalzire cu sisteme care utilizeaza energie solara, energie geotermala si energie eoliana sau alte sisteme care conduc la îmbunatatirea calitatii aerului, apei si solului.&lt;br /&gt;Prezentam in continuare transcrierea discursului sustinut de Ministrul Mediului si Dezvoltarii Durabile: &lt;br /&gt;"Doamnelor si domnilor, bine v-am gasit&lt;br /&gt;Ma bucur ca ati dat curs invitatiei noastre &lt;br /&gt;V-am invitat in acest decor aparent "gri", dar "foarte verde", daca e sa vorbim de panourile solare instalate la aceasta inaltime - o sursa clara de claldura pentru aceasta cladire, si in acelasi timp o sursa sigura de diminuare a facturilor lunare de intretinere. Subiectul pe care vreau sa-l fac cunoscut romanilor – ii priveste si sunt convins ca o sa-i si intereseze intr-o mare masura! Astazi vreau sa lansam programul pe care Ministerul Mediului si Dezvoltarii Durabile l-a gandit pentru ecologizarea caselor din tara noastra – de asta am sa-i spun pe scurt, programul “Casa Verde” – destinat tuturor persoanelor cu domiciliul in Romania. &lt;br /&gt;Ce presupune concret proiectul nostru? Presupune finantarea persoanelor fizice prin Fondul de Mediu a unor investitii, precum cea de aici, intr-un cuantum important, adica, in proportie de 90% (dar nu mai mult de 25.000 de lei)! &lt;br /&gt;Sunt convins ca nu ma auziti pentru prima oara vorbind despre acest program: l-am promis inca din vara anului trecut, ca o continuare a politicii pe care am dus-o pentru incurajarea utilizarii energiilor regenerabile – si pentru stimularea efectiva a acestui sector, dupa modele europene de succes. Astfel de proiecte vor functiona foarte bine in Romania, mai cu seama ca harta solara, dar si cea eoliana – pe care vi le prezentam, deja, cu un an in urma – denota un potential bun al tarii noastre pentru utilizarea unor tehnologii curate. &lt;br /&gt;Si pentru ca am pomenit de tehnologii: acestea nu mai sunt de mult o problema, ele exista deja pe piata, chiar si pe piata din Romania - si ma refer la panouri solare, pompe de caldura, chiar minieolienele - exemple care ne vin tuturor in minte, ca idei de ecologizare a propriei locuinte. &lt;br /&gt;Insa, daca ne vin si ne veneau si pana acum in minte, nu prea ne erau si la indemana, din cauza costurilor ridicate si a timpului lung de amortizare a unor astfel de investitii. Programul Ministerului Mediului vrea sa excluda aceste problema a costurilor efective, si sa incurajeze aceasta metoda de ecologizare a locuintelor din Romania prin sisteme de incalzire care utilizeaza tehnologii curate. Desigur, nu doar finantarea - pe care o vom asigura in proportie de 90% din costurile cerute de achizitia unui astfel de sistem – reprezinta un avantaj notabil al acestui program! Avantaje importante sunt si cele care se vor simti in timp: adica, scaderea facturii la apa calda cu circa 60%, iar cea la incalzire, cu circa 30%. Desigur, pentru cei interesati, aceste castiguri pentru buzunarul fiecaruia sunt deja cunoscute! &lt;br /&gt;Sunt aproape sigur ca intrebarile la care inca romanii nu au raspuns se refera la: Cum pot intra in acest program? Cand pot face asta? Si mai ales - In ce fel? &lt;br /&gt;Permiteti-mi sa ofer raspunsuri simple si la aceste intrebari, dar nu inainte de a face o mica mica paranteza: in momentul in care am elaborat ghidul de finantare, am vrut sa scurtam pe cat se poate drumul spre intrarea in acest program. Pe de alta parte, am incercat alocam o suma globala cat mai mare si sa stabilim un plafon care sa sustina cat mai multi romani sa-si cumpere sisteme de incalzire prietenoase cu mediul, dar si cu buzunarul fiecaruia. &lt;br /&gt;Concret, este vorba pentru prima etapa de finantare, de un buget total de 520 de milioane de lei, dintre care 400 de milioane - adica aproximativ 110 milioane de euro – sunt pentru persoane fizice, dar pot fi accesate si de asociatii de locatari sau de ONG-uri. Si acum am sa intru in raspunsuri punctuale... Cum functioneaza acest program pentru persoanele fizice? Ca sa aveti o imagine, pot sa va spun ca principiul de functionare este aproape similar cu cel al programului de innoire a parcului auto, altfel spus, celebrul program RABLA. &lt;br /&gt;Cum pot intra, prin urmare,romanii in acest program? Respectand 3 pasi simpli: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cetateanul isi va depune dosarul pentru achizitia sistemului de incalzire la unul dintre agentii care comercializeaza si instaleaza astfel de sisteme, si care vor fi validati de Administratia Fondului pentru Mediu. Prin urmare, primul pas pe care cetateanul il va face, va fi sa urmareasca lista cu agentii care au trecut de etapa validarii. Aceasta lista va fi pusa la dispozitia publicului in jurul datei de 20 decembrie, atat pe site-ul Ministerului Mediului, www.mmediu.ro, cat si pe cel al Administratiei Fondului pentru Mediu, www.afm.ro, si, foarte probabil, o veti putea regasi si in mass-media. &lt;br /&gt;Urmeaza al doilea pas: veti alege unul dintre acesti instalatori validati, in functie de tipul de echipament pe care vreti sa-l achizitionati si veti depune dosarul la acesta, insotit de o cerere de inscriere. &lt;br /&gt;Pasul trei: Obtinerea notei de acceptare – aceasta va fi eliberata de instalatorul validat la care ati depus dosarul! &lt;br /&gt;De cand pot incepe romanii demersurile de obtinere a unei note de acceptare? Incepand cu data de 5 ianuarie 2009 – data la care oricine se poate inscrie in program printr-un simplu dosar care trebuie sa contina urmatoarele documente :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;actul de identitate, în copie; &lt;br /&gt;copia legalizata dupa actul de proprietate, de concesiune sau de locatiune, al imobilului pentru care se achizitioneaza sistemul de incalzire; &lt;br /&gt;actul autentificat de notarul public, prin care proprietarii sau coproprietarii îsi exprima acordul de efectuarea lucrarilor de instalare a sistemului, daca este cazul; &lt;br /&gt;si copia dupa documentul care atesta o situatie particulara: casatorie, desfacere casatorie, schimbare nume si/sau prenume etc. &lt;br /&gt;As mai vrea sa fac trei precizari, importante in opinia mea: prima se refera la faptul ca cetatenii care vor sa instaleze sistemele curate in propriile locuinte si care vor beneficia de finantarea de 90% - nu vor primi suma de bani in mod direct – aceasta va fi virata in contul instalatorului pe care l-ati ales, imediat dupa ce sistemul este functional in locuinta dumneavoastra! A doua precizare importanta se refera la faptul ca programul se va desfasura de acum incolo anual, in perioada 5 ianuarie – 5 decembrie! Cu alte cuvinte, aveti la dispozitie un an intreg pentru inscriere, achizitie si instalarea efectiva a sistemului! &lt;br /&gt;In al treilea rand, tin sa va precizez ca pana la inceputul lunii decembrie, Ministerul Mediului va elabora un Ghid al cetateanului, pe care il veti putea accesa si descarca prin pagina de web a ministerului, sau il puteti solicita in scris la Ministerul Mediului – pentru a va putea fi pus la dispozitie. La fel puteti proceda si pentru obtinerea listei instalatorilor validati – pentru a sti exact unde trebuie sa depuneti dosarele pentru inscrierea in program. &lt;br /&gt;M-am referit si am insistat pana acum asupra felului in care fiecare persoana poate sa beneficieze de acest program. Trebuie sa va spun, insa, ca programul de inlocuire a sistemelor clasice de incalzie cu cele bazate pe energii verzi este destinat si persoanelor juridice: fie ca vorbim de autoritati publice locale, de operatori economici, de unitati de invatamant sau de organizatii neguvernamentale! &lt;br /&gt;Desigur, in aceste cazuri, procentele si plafoanele de finantare difera. De exemplu, in cazul operatorului economic, finantarea poate ajunge pana la jumatate din costul unui astfel de echipament (dar nu mai mult de 250.000 de lei pentru un sistem). In cazul primariilor sau al scolilor, Fondul pentru Mediu va suporta pana la 60% din costurile investitiei (dar nu mai mult de 300.000 de lei pentru un sistem). &lt;br /&gt;Iar in cazul organizatiilor neguvernamentale finantarea poate ajunge pana la un nivel similar cu cel pentru persoanele fizice, adica 90% (dar nu mai mult de 25.000 de lei). Modalitatile de participare la program difera, in cazul persoanelor juridice, fata de cele ale cetateanului, cu exceptia ONG-urilor. Prin folosirea unor compensatori de dilatare, ele pot fi si mai multe pe un rand. Campurile se monteaza in paralel, echilibrate hidraulic prin racordare tip Tichelmann. Astfel, traseul total tur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span  lang="RO" style="font-size:14;"&gt;+&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span  lang="RO" style="font-size:14;"&gt;retur va fi identic pentru orice panou, indiferent de amplasarea sa in teren. Eu vad lucrurile altfel.&lt;br /&gt;Sa o luam de la inceput cu o intrebare simpla: unde se duce apa din pereti, stiind ca in betonul turnat cantitatea de apa nu este de neglijat? Cofrajul dupa cum se stie este impermeabil si se imbina foarte bine. Cum se asigura  eliminarea vaporilor de apa, daca intreaga casa este intr-o anvelopa? Vine un nene destept la targul de constructii si arata un profil din aluminiu perforat, atribuindu-i o sumedenie da calitati. Cum ca ar avea ceva clapeti pe interior si la vint puternic se inchid, nelasind frigul sa intre in casa.Pai cum scoti nenea condensul daca afara sunt-15 grade timp de o saptamana? Aluminiul fiind un material rece, vaporii condenseaza la interior inainte sa iasa afara. Dar cum dirijez vaporii de la 4-5 metri distanta de fereastra?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ei spun cam asa:&lt;p style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;````Inlaturarea neajunsurilor se poate face doar prin interventia asupra acestor parametri.Condensul apare atunci cand aerul din incinta este saturat cu vapori, cantitatea ce poate fi absorbita de un volum de aer fiind dependenta de temperatura. In cazul in care gradul maxim de absortie (denumita generic "umiditate relativa") nu este atins, aerul ramane “nesaturat”. Aerul saturat cu apa are o umiditate relativa de 100%. Atingerea punctului de roua. Punctul de roua apare in situatia in care aerul, cu o anumita temperatura si umiditate relativa, nu mai poate absorbi o cantitate suplimentara de vapori. Aerul din incinta, cu o temperature de 20 C si umiditate relativa de 50%, mai poate absorbi inca jumatate din cantitatea maxima posibila. Daca are loc o racire a aerului la 9,3 C, umiditatea relativa va creste la 100%. Aerul este complet saturat cu vapori si atinge punctual de roua. Racirea peste acest nivel (9,3 C) va avea ca rezultat formarea de condens, pentru ca aerul nu mai poate absorbi apa.In urma testelor efectuate, s-au realizat: “Curba punctelor de condensare pentru calculul temperaturii de condensare” si tabelul cu “Temperatura de condensare in functie de temperatura si umiditatea relativa” (vezi Manualul pentru montarea ferestrelor GEALAN pg. 7 -8). Pentru determinarea temperaturii si umiditatii, precum si pentru monitorizarea temperaturilor min/max, umiditatea min/max, pe anumite intervale de timp se poate folosi un termohigrometru. Ne dorim un microclimat cat mai corect in propria resedinta sau la locul de munca. Sau ar trebui sa ne dorim un astfel de microclimat, care sa ne crute in mod real organismul, permitandu-ne sa traim cat mai mult. Aerul exterior si interior este foarte important. Protectia mediului inconjurator nu ar trebui sa se opreasca doar la aer si apa in general, ci ar trebui sa ne procupe si aerul in care muncim, invatam, traim si dormim. Aerul din incaperi fiind cel mai important. “Aerul din interior ucide” este titlul unei carti aparute in Suedia. Exista – strict de afirmat – dovezi pentru a sustine titlul dramatic al cartii, dupa cum explica, in calitate de coautor, proferorul Anders Svensson. Condensul este un fenomen fizic ce nu poate fi evitat, iar cauzele formarii apei de condens pe suprafata interioara a elementelor de constructie se explica dupa cum urmeaza: &lt;/p&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;In locuinte se produc permanent vapori de apa. In incaperile mai putin incalzite (de ex. dormitoare) poate aparea condens in zilele reci si la ferestrele cu geam termoizolator. Acest lucru datorita faptului ca spatial respectiv se raceste in timpul noptii si prin respiratie aerul devine saturat cu vapori de apa. Incaperile care se gasessc in partea de nord a locuintelor, se racesc iarna deosebit de tare. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt; Amplasarea defectuasa a surselor de incalzire. Amplasarea surselor de incalzire trebuie sa urmareasca inlaturarea zonelor reci din incinta, acestea montandu-se de regula sub ferestre sau pe zonele nordice ale incaperii. Exista o relatie directa intre marimea ferestrei si caloriferului. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lipsa ventilarii din incaperi. Exista o relatie directa intre termopan si ventilarea incaperilor. In mod paradoxal, una dintre exceptionalele calitati ale “termopanelor”, si anume asigurarea unei etanseizari catre 100%, poate conduce (in anumite situatii) la anumite necazuri. Se anuleaza practic ventilarea naturala a incaperilor (in special in tara noastra unde ventilarea de buna voie lasa de dorit). Inainte de utilizarea geamurilor tip “termopan”, in cazul apartamentelor cu ferestre vechi din lemn, ventilarea se facea de la sine (natural), aerul se infiltreaza substantial, chiar prin acestea. Se obtinea cel putin un schimb de aer pe ora. Mai exact, intr-o ora, tot aerul din casa era schimbat cu aer proaspat, din exterior. In consectinta, umezeala din casa era evacuata fara ca noi sa stim (unii clienti mai putin informati chiar intreaba de ce cu vechea tamplarie nu se forma condens). &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Spre deosebire de cladirile prevazute cu instalatii specializate de climatizare – ventilare, apartamentele noastre trebuie ventilate obligatoriu (prin deschiderea cu regularitate a ferestrelor, prin montarea grilelor de aerisire gen GECCO, G.U. etc, montarea de ventilatoare in bai si grupuri sanitare, prin utilizarea hotelor de bucatarie  s.a.). &lt;/span&gt;Nu uitati: aerul curat este vital. Sarcina unui sistem de ventilatie este aceea de a indeparta impuritatile produse in cladire si de a inlocui aerul saturat cu aer proaspat. Conditia realizarii metabolismului in corpul uman intr-un spatiu inchis este preluarea de oxigen (O2) si cedarea de bioxid de carbon (CO2). In conditii normale de temperatura omul consuma 20…25 l/h O2, atunci cand efectueaza o munca obisnuita de intensitate medie. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Montajul necorespunzator al glafurilor exterioare si interioare (vezi www glaf.ro). Montarea unor glafuri interioare de ferestre peste calorifere si folosirea unor draperii sau perdele din materiale dense (puse de asemenea, peste punctele de incalzire) obtureaza degajarea caldurii si circulatia eficienta a aerului cald si pot contribui la aparitia si dezvoltarea condensului. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Izolare termica defectuoasa. Temperatura peretilor incintei are un rol determinant in aparitia fenomenului de condens. In acest sens, este sufficient ca temperatura unei suprafete ce vine in contact cu aerul sa se situeze sub cea a punctului de roua. Azi nu mai este de conceput neizolarea pe exterior a unei case cu polistiren. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Influienta etansarii necorespunzatoare. Se recomanda alegerea adecvata si exploatarea ulterioara corecta a ansamblurilor de tamplarie prin utilizarea profilelor de aluminiu cu bariera termica, a celor din PVC multicamerale si folosirea geamurilor termoizolante cu emisivitate redusa (Low-E). &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proiectarea incorecta a unui gol de fereastra. La o fereastra montat foarte jos intr-o zidarie, circulatia aerului cald este redusa. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Montajul incorect al unei ferestre. La ferestrele care nu sunt montate spre partea interioara, in zona “calda” si pentru care nu se fac reparatii (sau se executa incorect sau incomplet) poate sa apara condensul. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Puntile termice ale cladirii. O punte termica poate fi definita ca fiind un mediu bun conducator de caldura, care realizeaza o continuitate (legatura) intre un punct exterior unei incinte si un punct interior acesteia. Puntile termice sunt o sursa de inconfort si de pierdere de energie. Pentru a preveni aparitia lor, mai multe sisteme de izolare va stau la dispozitie. De la subsol la acoperis, toata casa trebuie tratata. In general, puntile termice se gasesc: in unghiul a doi pereti exteriori; in zona de jonctiune a peretelui intern cu peretele extern; in grinzi, in apropierea unghiurilor dintre prete si podea; in unghiurile dintre perte si tavan; in zonele de fixare a usilor si ferestrelor; intre elementele structurale cu rezistente termice foarte diferite, unite intre ele. Natura acestor punti termice este extrem de diversificata: metal, beton (grinzi, centuri, buiandrugi, plansee de balcoane etc), ceramica, sticla s.a., singura caracteristica comuna fiind capacitatea de transmitere a energiei termice, capacitate care face posibil ca punctele reci de afara sa se transmita si in interior, iar contactul cu aerul cald saturat din mediul interior sa  favorizeze aparitia condensului, de cele mai multe ori acesta  daunand din punct de vedere estetic, constructiv si al confortului ambiental.&lt;br /&gt;Directivele europene referitoare la vitrajul termoizolant au fost elaborate conform consultantei tehnice acordate de Institut des Glaverhandwerks fur Verglasungstechnik und Fensterbau HADAMAR si Bundesverband Flachglas Grosshandel Isolierglasherstellung, Veredlung eV Troisdorf – Germania, unele dintre cele mai prestigioase institutii de profil din intreaga lume. In DIRECTIVA PRIVIND APRECIEREA VIZUALA A CALITATII GEAMULUI la Capitolul IV – Deteriorarea suprafetei exterioare si consideratii de fizica se mentioneaza: “Datorita unor considerente fizice, sunt admise urmatoarele: &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fenomene de interferenta; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Efect de imagine dubla; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Anizotropii (un efect fizic generat de tratarea la cald a sticlei si rezulta din diferentele de tensionare interna a acesteia; in functie de unghiul de observare, este posibila aparitia unui inel inchis la culoare ai a unor straifuri in lumina polarizata si/sau vizualizarea prin vitraje polarizante); &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Condens pe suprafata exterioara a geamului; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hidrofilie (umezirea suprafetei geamului) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;p style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;Tot in acest capitol se mentioneaza: “Condensul poate sa apara pe suprafata exterioara a geamului termoizolant atunci cand suprafata sticlei este mai rece decat aerul din incinta (vezi comportarea geamurilor auto)….. Aparitia condensului pe suprafata de sticla aflata in incinta se datoreaza, mai ales, unei ventilatii necorespunzatoare, ca urmare a unor intreruperi a circulatiei normale a aerului din interior, cauzate de perdele, jaluzele, jardinière etc., ca si amplasamentul deficitar al corpurilor de incalzire….Un factor important pentru formarea de condens pe suprafetele reci este si nivelul de saturare cu vapori al aerului din incinte specifice (bai, bucatarii, dormitoare). Solutia este reprezentata de asigurarea unei aerisiri corecte si repetate a incaperilor.”```&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Bun pana aici dar ce fac daca sunt in concediu? Daca tinem cont numai de faptul ca locuim intr-o zona seismica si ca respectiva grinda este la demisol, putem sa ne inchipuim numai ce se poate intimpla. Degeaba le explici unor cretini ca nu e buna solutia aleasa pentru ca nu-i intereseaza. Singura motivatie este banul. In timpul zilei temperaturile sunt de pina la 140 gr, fapt care duce la incalzirea apei in boiler instant. Boilerul este izolat termic si pastreaza temperatura pe timp de noapte, avind rezerva pentru a doua zi cind se reia incalzirea din panouri.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Centralele sunt conectate la boiler, asigurind apa calda pentru zilele noroase sau cu radiatie solara slaba ( iarna cu precadere).  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="PT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;- se atinge temperatura reglata la termostatul de boiler TB, unde se inchide un contact normal deschis&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;- temperatura in camera este mai mica decat cea reglata la termostatul de ambianta TA, contactul fiind normal inchis&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;Codul Rehau al vanei este 220054-001 (la vana de 1”)&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;Avand in vedere ca boilerul este montat in paralel cu incalzirea, temperatura agentului termic trebuie reglata de la centrala la 65-70 grd. &lt;u&gt;in permanenta&lt;/u&gt;. Pentru ca sa se poata prepara a.c.m. la 55-60 grd. in boiler.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;De aceea, intrucat nu putem regla temperatura agentului termic, termostatul de ambianta este obligatoriu pentru reglarea temperaturii in locuinta. Inclusiv oprirea incalzirii (vara) se face tot din termostatul de ambianta.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;Dezavantaj:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IT"  style="font-size:13;"&gt;Chiar daca s-a atins temperatura reglata in boiler, cand nu avem cerere de caldura vana cu 3 cai descarca tot pe serpentina boilerului. Termostatul se comuta automat de pe regimul NORMAL pe cel ECONOMIC si viceversa, functie de programarile efectuate la TIMER-ul de pe regleta de &lt;/span&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;!--[if !supportLists]--&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="IT"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;"&gt;        &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="IT"&gt;conectare a termostatelor.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="IT"&gt;Sub rotita termostatului exista opritori pentru a fixa limita maxima si minima a domeniului de reglare.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="ES"&gt;Legatura termostatului cu regleta de cleme se face prin cablu cu 3 sau 4 fire, functie de aplicatie (cu sau fara modul TIMER). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="IT"&gt;Recomand amplasarea din start a cablului cu 4 fire, pentru a face posibila oricand ulterior montarea programatorului pe regleta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="DE"&gt;Cablul electric are sectiunea de 4(5)x1.5 mm&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; si se leaga la soclul termostatului, conform semnelor respective, care corespund identic cu cele de pe bornele de conexiune ale regletei de cleme. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="IT"&gt;Soclul termostatului se monteaza in doza din perete cu suruburi. Capul patrat al ventilului de reglaj se afla sub capacul de plastic albastru respectiv.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="IT"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;In absenta servomotoarelor, inchiderea returului se face prin insurubarea capacului.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="IT"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;Pentru a mentine circuitul deschis, se desface capacul si eventual se insurubeaza servomotoarele. Butonul de la partea superioara a servomotorului mentine deschis circuitul si inainte de alimentarea cu curent a acestuia (de ex. pt. efectuarea probei de presiune) – functia “&lt;i style=""&gt;First-Open&lt;/i&gt;”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="ES"&gt;In timpul functionarii, la intreruperea alimentarii cu curent, servomotorul inchide circuitul respectiv.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="ES"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;Pe tur se afla dispozitivul de inchidere “&lt;i style=""&gt;Quick-Stop&lt;/i&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="ES"&gt; Pentru ghidare, inscriptionarea „&lt;b style=""&gt;REHAU&lt;/b&gt;” va fi pozitionata astfel in sus (vezi figura).&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="RO"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;      &lt;/span&gt;Pentru a evita fisurarea locala a sapei, in urma dilatarilor din timpul functionarii, este foarte important ca banda perimetrala sa nu aiba discontinuitati. In boilerul mare se afla de aceasta data agent termic din instalatie, apa calda menajera aflandu-se numai in boilerul mic de sus. Serpentina solara, care se afla tot la partea inferioara, incalzeste in mod direct agentul termic si in mod indirect (prin stratificare termica si conductie) apa calda menajera din boilerul de sus. Serpentina superioara, alimentata de la cazan, se afla imersata in boilerul mic de sus si suplimenteaza temperatura apei calde menajere, pana la valoarea dorita la consumator&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;" lang="RO"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;" lang="RO"&gt;&lt;span style="width: 9.57%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;O astfel de instalatie porneste in primul rand de la necesarul de apa calda menajera, de aceea boilerul minim pe care il folosim este cel de 600/150. Tot din acest motiv, in aplicatii cu debit mare de apa necesar, nu putem folosi schema cu aport la incalzire (din lipsa de acumulare pe partea de a.c.m.). Este vorba de pensiuni sau aplicatii industriale, acestea avand un numar mare de consumatori simultan.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;" lang="RO"&gt;&lt;span style="width: 9.57%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Dimensionarea boilerului se face in functie de numarul de persoane deservite si de numarul de puncte de consum, conform coeficientilor de debit de care vom vorbi mai tarziu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;" lang="RO"&gt;&lt;span style="width: 9.57%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;In principiu, varianta 600/150 poate deservi o familie obisnuita de 3-4 persoane, cu o centrala murala obisnuita, de 24 kW. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;" lang="RO"&gt;&lt;span style="width: 9.57%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Alegerea intre celelalte boilere 750/180 si 1000/200 se face insa in functie de marimea instalatiei de incalzire. Se poate porni de la dimensionarea ideala, care este de 25 ltr. boiler/kW cazan. Daca din calcul reiese o valoare mai mare de 1000 ltr., nu inseamna ca nu va functiona, ci ca avem o eficienta mai scazuta a pufferului.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;" lang="RO"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;" lang="RO"&gt;&lt;span style="width: 9.57%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Avem si aici 3 tipuri de pachete gata configurate: cu 4, 5 sau 6 panouri, functie de marimea boilerului.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt; Se pot regla astfel (cantitativ) nivele de temperatura diferite, in fiecare incapere sau zona dorita. La atingerea temperaturii reglate in incapere, termostatul de ambianta inchide servomotorul circuitului aferent.
